Facility Improvement Bond Progress
The students and staff of the Bay City Public Schools sincerely appreciate the support of our community in passing the district's facilities bond measure on the May 2, 2006 ballot. The total bond project for $66.9 million will improve the facilities of six of our elementary schools as well as both middle schools and both high schools.
The goal of the bond measure, to be completed by October 2009, is to make our schools asbestos free, up to current fire and safety code, less crowded and handicapped accessible.
